For the sake of clarity, mere participation in the Initiative does not entitle the Participant(s)’s Entry to get featured on the Program ** In case any Entry is selected, the Company may include the same, based at its sole discretion on the basis of the above mentioned criteria or any other criteria deemed fit by the Company in the Program. For the sake of clarity, Participant(s) agrees that there is no gratification for the Initiative.

The on-ground verification conducted by the Company, at its sole discretion, shall not relieve the Participant from any of the representations, warranties, undertakings, indemnities given by the Participant hereunder. ** The Company shall have the right but not the obligation to conduct on-ground verification of the Content submitted by the Participant. Anytime during the Period, on the basis of the Participant(s) having made a valid Entry, the Company shall at its discretion and on the basis of the originality, correctness, uniqueness, relevance of the Content and/or any other criteria as deemed fit by the Company at its sole discretion, select any such Entry(s) including the Content as part of the Initiative for the purpose of being featured in the Program. ** For avoidance of doubt it is clarified that if the Participant(s) provides incorrect personal information and /or uploads and submits Content which is not correct or true and is adapted or copied, or which is non in accordance with the Idea then his/her Entry (as defined below) shall be considered incomplete and the Participant(s) shall not be eligible for the purposes of this Contest or Initiative. ** Logging onto the Platform in the manner as stated hereinabove, uploading and submitting the Entry including the Content based on the Idea which is true ,original, correct and furnishing the personal information shall be considered as a complete and valid entry. For sake of clarity, any automated receipt confirmation shall not constitute proof of actual receipt. ** For purposes of the Contest, “receipt” of Content (s) occurs only when the website server records the Content and/or Entry information upon the entrant clicking “Submit/Post” button and upon the Participant receiving a thank you message. Each Participant is entitled to submit only one Entry. ** Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, Participant undertakes to co-operate with the Company and execute all such documents, in case the Company undertakes any steps to verify the Content and/or Entry, based at its sole discretion. which support, substantiate, authenticate and verify the Content including the Entry, not exceeding a size of 2MB in the mode and manner as set out in details on the Website. ** Participant agrees and undertakes to provide and upload all such supporting documents including videos, paper clippings, images etc. Participants will be required to and can nominate, submit the Content on the Platform in the mode and manner as more particularly set out therein for the purposes of participating in the Initiative to upload the Content and submit the Entry. ** For the purpose of this Rules and Regulations, an Entry shall include any personal information which is required to be submitted at the time of submitting the Content on the Platform. Any Entry including the Content submitted beyond the End Date will be disqualified.
The Company can promote the Initiative across all social media platforms. All Entries need to be submitted within the period commencing on April 15, 2016(“Start Date”)_and ending on May 17,2016 (“End Date”)( hereinafter referred to as “Period”).
